These are special garments, treat them as such.

Hand wash preferably with cold water.

If using a washing machine, wash inside out, on a delicate cycle and at a maximum of 30 °C.

Use neutral detergent.

Do not use bleach or abrasive products.

Avoid excessive rubbing and do not rub directly on the print.

Do not tumble dry.

Air dry in the shade.

Iron inside out and at a low temperature, avoiding the print.

Proper care will extend the life of the garment and maintain its original finish.

Refund Policy

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a refund.

Refunds will only be accepted if the product received does not match the product ordered (shipping error).

For a return to be valid, the item must meet the following conditions:

  Must be in perfect condition.

  Must retain its original packaging.
  

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for size changes, personal preferences, or misuse of the product.

Once the error is confirmed and the item is received, the corresponding refund will be processed.
